Our “consulting frameworks” emphasize that the solution exist among our corporate clients, the solution exist in our corporate clients’ workplace as well as in their managers and wise employees ‘mind . The whole point on which we had been insisting firmly all along, however, is that “Do not be a backseat driver to tell clients what to do, to show off knowledge and experiences or even try to change people’s mindset.   

     The accountability and effectiveness of our consulting service are determined by our consulting framework and concept as well as elite team’s knowledge structure and professional dedication. Furthermore, the effectiveness of our consulting service is based on the entire H&J Consulting consulting group’s “outstanding consulting capability” which attributes from our substantial empirical practice and theoretical learning deriving from long term serving to Chinese enterprises. We believe that we provide “the critical element to succeed” to our corporate clients; we believe that we are capable of assisting our clients to complete the systematical thinking in finding the best solution to solve problems, to help our clients to achieve effective communication and proper implementation; we also believe that our goal will not be achieved overnight, once it can come over time, it definitely will assist our client to succeed in the future.   

     We truly believe that there is fairness and justice in this world that we get rewards for what we paid and for the way we deliver. In order to achieve our clients’ respect, we have to work like a “dog”. Working like cattle can not necessarily be regarded as a negative or Self-Ridicule as expression to consultants; As a consultant with no significant capital backup and setting up company with bare hands have to constantly dedicate himself into work , otherwise we couldnot win our superior brand and reputation.  

     We got no way to provide valuable consulting service and constructive advice if we don’t get fully immersed into our clients’ enterprises and interact with our clients. If we just behave like a watcher or a document supplier, then, we cannot truly advance enterprises to be successful; we cannot maintain long-term partnership with our clients or reinforce our reputation and brand; we cannot showcase the value we delivered and capability we have; and the last but not the least, we cannot achieve the respect from our clients.   

     The key part of business management is not easy to observe and those profound insight always stay in details. The one who knows details better must be the one who knows management well. If you don’t take every single minutes to “fully dedicate yourself so as to achieve mutual exclusive”, if you don’t learn from practice in order to be a professional consultant who live for consulting and expertise in consulting , or if you satisfy with writing reports and providing consultancy documents , you will never know how to achieve practical success , you will never know how to grasp the wisdom of management masters , you will never gain personal insight and experience , you will never reach circumstance of “knowing about everything and dealing with everyone”, you will never establish your own ideology , you will never grow your own thinking mode , you will never make your mind shinning , you will never be creative and innovative , you will never have capability to advice others , to save enterprises , therefore , you could never have opportunity to gain more rewards and value. Furthermore, your life will never be easy, full of wisdom and cheer, unless you quilt consulting and shift to other business.
